Grace Anderson is a writer, editor, and curator devoted to Blackness, queerness, nature, spirituality, resource redistribution, and freedom. 

She’s the founder of The Lupine Collaborative, a literary organization for Black women, transgender, and non-binary climate, nature, and environmental writers. 

Grace is co-editing a forthcoming anthology on “Blackness, Queerness, and Nature” (Milkweed Editions, 2027).Her writing can be found in Planted Journal, Apartment Therapy, Cyclista Zine, Osprey, Bicycling Magazine, Seeds and Ashes, The Alpinist, and Feminist Centre for Racial Justice. Grace is an alum of Storyknife Writers Retreat, Philoxenia Black Writers Retreat, Rockland Residency, and Seeds of Solidarity: A Retreat for Black, Indigenous, and Women of Color Climate Writers. 

She’s pursuing an MFA in Creative Nonfiction at The New School and lives in Brooklyn. 

In addition to writing, Grace is delighted by decaf pour overs, caddisflies, summer reading challenges at the library, bicycles, and writing at the laundromat.
